The Diocese of Lagos has issued the following programme of events to celebrate the 90th anniversary of the premier diocese in the Church of Nigeria (Anglican Communion):

1. Sat, 5th Dec. 2009; 8am - Festival of Faith Day
  A colourful celebration of the 90th Anniversary by the Women of the Diocese.

2. Sunday, 6th Dec. 2009; 4.00pm - Youth Rally and “Walk for Christ” at Archdeaconry level to create awareness.

3. Monday, 7th Dec, 2009; 11am - Press Conference by His Grace, The Archbishop of Ecclesiastical Province of     Lagos and Bishop of Lagos Diocese, Most Revd. Dr. Ephraim Adebola Ademowo

4. Monday, 7th Dec. 2009 to Wed 9th Dec 2009; 5.00pm - A 3-Day Revival in every parish.

5. Thursday 10th Dec 2009 (Anniversary Day)
    Anniversary Holy Communion & Thanksgiving Service
    Time: 11am
    Venue: The Cathedral Church of Christ
    Theme: Faith of our fathers, living still

6. Friday, 11th December, from 9pm to Saturday, 12th December 2009; 5.00am
    90th Anniversary Victory Night
    (with Musical Concerts from 9.00pm to 1.00am)
    Theme: That Nigeria may hear His voice

7. Saturday, 12th December, 2009; 12 Noon -
    Bible Quiz at Holy Trinity Church, Ebute-Ero
    Each Archdeaconry to be represented by:
      - A youth, 30yrs or below
      - A lady and
      - A man
