Lagos, the premier diocese of The Church of Nigeria, Anglican Communion. Like
the rest of the Church of Nigeria, The diocese of Lagos is spiritually dynamic,
united, disciplined and self supporting. It is committed to pragmatic
evangelism, social welfare and epitomizes the genuine love of Christ.
This site provides you with information on the activities of the diocese and also
includes a daily devotional titled “Christian Tonic”, which will lead all
(Anglican and non Anglicans) alike on the path to heaven. Our focus is on the
total being and it shall be spiritually, theologically, and doctrinally sound
against the backdrop of heresies in the Christian world.
I pray that as you go through our pages and commit your life to the service of
our Lord Jesus Christ, the almighty God will shower His blessings on you.
Lord God, you have taught us that anything we do without love is worth
nothing, for whoever lives without love is counted dead before you: send your
Holy Spirit and pour into our hearts that most excellent gift of love, the true
bond of peace and of all virtues: grant this for the sake of your Son Jesus
Christ. Amen.
Almighty
and everlasting God, give unto us the increase of faith, hope and charity: that
we may obtain that which you promised. Make us to love that which you command,
through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
